The house was perfect for our family reunion. It had everything we needed, including extra tables and pans for our large group. The space was warm and comfortable, with plenty of room for everyone. We especially loved the large Christmas tree that added a festive touch. the location was great, close to the park and within walking distance of shops and restaurants. It was the ideal setting for our holiday gathering.
The house could have been cleaner, especially in the kitchen area. The dishwasher also needed a good clean and some instructions on how to use it would have been helpful.

The house exceeded our expectations for space, comfort, and practicality. It was perfect for our romantic escape. The rooms were light and airy, creating a cozy and intimate atmosphere. We loved that the property had a private external gated area with lots of parking available. This provided us with the peace and privacy we desired. The location was also fantastic, with easy access to the nearby park, stunning gardens, and a beautiful Abbey. It really set the scene for a romantic weekend getaway.
There were a few minor issues that could be improved upon. the TV in the living area was too small for the size of the room, making it difficult for us to fully enjoy our movie night in.

The location of the hotel was great, right in the heart of town. It was convenient to have the cathedral and shopping areas just a short walk away. the rooms were spacious and comfortable, providing a relaxing environment for a new year getaway.
I was disappointed by the lack of cleanliness in the hotel. The kitchen area, in particular, was in need of a thorough cleaning.

The house was huge and perfect for a stay with friends. The location was perfect, just a short walk to town, and there was plenty of parking available. The two open suite bedrooms were very comfortable and the facilities were excellent.
. The shower heads needed replacing or at least descaling, and the sofas could have used a clean or replacement.

We had a fantastic family gathering at this lovely house. the large kitchen and lounge area were perfect for our needs, and the four good-sized bedrooms provided ample accommodation. We particularly enjoyed the convenient location, with the sights and shopping of Bury St Edmunds within walking distance. Plus, there was plenty of parking available in the private gated area, which was a definite bonus.
the downstairs kitchen area could have been cleaner, and the dishwasher could use a good clean and possibly a service. There was also a slight smell downstairs that was a bit off-putting.
